Top Careers for independent thinking and go-getting
men
Indigo is being launched to address the needs of top employers who
want to increase awareness of career opportunities amongst male undergraduates.
It will provide a platform for employers and highlight opportunities within
their organisation.
Indigo is the professional magazine written and used by ambitious male
students and graduates. The magazine is contemporary and inspirational,
presenting careers advice in areas sometimes overlooked by high calibre
male graduates due to misconceptions and lack of information. It covers
graduate opportunities across the spectrum, exploring far beyond the traditional
male realms of Finance and IT, and also includes wide- ranging student
lifestyle features.
Established equal opportunities publisher, Arberry Pink have an ongoing
relationship with the top 100 UK universities where this annual title
is distributed.
Features:
Indigo features fast facts and in-depth reviews of
graduate career options from the orthodox (public service, law, finance,
retail, engineering, hospitality, IT and science) to the eccentric (hypnotism,
ice carving, shiatsu practice).
Indigo features advice on subjects ranging from managing student
finances and making the most of work experience and travel, to preparing
a CV and perfecting interview and presentation skills.
Indigo features lifestyle issues such as new music, films, art,
festivals, legislation, health and sport.
Distribution
The guiding principle to the distribution of Indigo is to make a copy
available to every qualifying student of the right calibre at the right
time and in the optimum context.
It will be distributed once a year in print format, during the autumn
term of the academic year, primarily through university careers services
and departments and through Arberry Pinks comprehensive database
of university student societies and student organisations.
Through our close connections with key student organisations and representatives,
Indigo will be distributed throughout the academic year at critical student
events such as conferences, festivals, summer balls and debates.
The title will also be online throughout the year.
